I have been craving for dosai masala for weeks and decided to make it on Saturday. The Dosai is a typical dish in South Indian cuisine, eaten for breakfast or dinner. We had it for breakfast together with sambar. Verdict??? Hmmm..boleh lah..
On the way home..5 mins became 10 mins. Not complaining so long they want to walk..if suruh dukung lagi maut!. hehehee.

I am sick since last week, Thursday. Fever on and off. Blocked nose and massive headache. After battling for few days, i decided to go and see our family doctor. Doc said i am having bihuletændelse (sinusitis). It is the inflammation of the paranasal sinuses which due to infection. Mine was quite bad cause i can feel that my face is swollen and the ears and teeth hurt too. So, i am on antibiotics for 6 days and hopefully it will go away completely in a few days. Sigh!
He loves watching Postman Per and when asked what cake do you want. He will say chocolate cake, bubu. So this combination is just perfect for you sayang...chocolate cake with Postman Per theme. He was so happy to see his birthday cake.
To our dear families back home (esp to uncle - who requested that we took the video), enjoy viewing. Sorry due to health reason we can't skype yesterday and today but Ibu will try to upload the birthday photos as much as possible ok. Stay tune...

Salam all. The 1st day back to school after 2 weeks juleferie. Back to the normal routine, woke up at 0600 hrs, left the house at 0800 hrs to send Sofea and headed straight to school. Classes from 0900 till 1400 hrs. Rest for an hour or so before picking up the kids.

A simple, fast, easy and tasty meal to whip up and you can eat it anytime of the day. We had fried bihun and coffee for our brunch today. Hmmm kenyang!
We had home made Doner Kebab served on a pita bread and fries for brunch yesterday before headed to Central for grocery shopping. Initially we thought of bring the kids out for some fun at the playground but the weather was just too windy eventhough with bright sunshine. So another day spend in the house. Kids playing..hubby resting (since he was still unwell) and ibu catching up on my reading.

Our dinner was simple, hearty and perfect for a new year's eve - indbagt oksemørbrad (baked beef tenderloin) with mushroom sauce and baked/boiled vegetables.
He was so happy when Mr Hubby gave him the kid's party set.
