Merdeka Raya celebration in Nivå

2 in 1 celebration in Nivå last Sunday. The celebration was to commemorate the 52nd Malaysia's Independence day and to celebrate the Eid. Eating time..

Games and zakat time. Kids queuing for their zakat. Danish blur2 tengok semua queue. When it was his turn, he took the envelope but refused to salam kak ct. ishhh!!!!

7th day of Eid..

We invited few friends over on the 7th day of Raya. This will be the last chance for Danish and Rohan to play together before Rohan leaves CPH on 3rd oct. huhuhu..

Joyce, hubby´s colleague came over with her family. Joyce ni Singaporean married to Danes. Kecoh lah rumah with Joyce and Sandra started talking in Hokkien. At around 7, Fauzi and family pun sampai. Best gitu ramai tetamu…dah macam Singapore pulak..kunjung mengunjung.

Danish had so much fun playing and running around that he was so tired at the end of the day. He slept through out the night and woke up closed to 8 the next morning.

Semalam we all ada tetamu..family Aya ngan Adila datang beraya. Tapi ibu sempat snap gambar bebudak berposing je. Jadi lah kan daripada takde gambar langsung. Sibuk bebual je kami ni..nak snap gambar yang proper pun terlupa.

Forældre Møde

Yesterday was the 2nd forældre møde session that hubby attended eversince Danish started vuggestue in March this year. It started at 1800 hrs and lasted for 2 hrs.

Forældre møde ni kira parents meeting lah. This time round the teachers told us to prepare the winter clothes - winter suit, boots, stromperbukser, thermal and 2 sets of warm clothers for spare.

I like Fluen vuggestue because they will give us feedback on Danish on daily basis. I´m hoping adik will get into Fluen too next year.

2nd Day Eid celebration..

We went to kak ros place yesterday together with Aju, K.ida, Aya family and Adila family. We left our house at 1230 hrs and it was just about 30 mins drive. We were there for nearly 4 hours. Our 2nd stop, Fauzi´s house followed by Aya´s house.

1st Day of Eid..

We had guest right after solat raya and at around 1pm we headed to kak dewi´s house followed by Adilaz. AND our last guest for the day..hmm..my long lost friend, Junieta and family.hehehe.

Kek Kukus Green Carpet

I only managed to make 1 cake this year. How pathetic is that? Sigh!!!
Recipe for this simple and yet tasty cake is from Dayang Jack. Hmm..the smell of horlicks and marie cookie is so yummy!!!

Pineapple tart..

My final raya cookie..YES!!! Pineapple tart is ready at last!!!
Takde tart macam tak raya..so penat ke, malas ke, kena buat gak. Alhamdulillah dah siap pun..suka ibu!!!!

Update on Sofea..

Sofea had her first appointment with our GP on Tuesday. She is 4.5 kg and 55cm now. Alhamdulillah my baby is healthy. The next appointment will be in November..1st vaccination for her. Huhuhu..

Package from Singapore..

See bertapa sungguh2 nya Danish tengok package tu. Yeah..package yang dinanti2kan telah tiba!!!!..So excited..cos we all dapat baju raya baru...YIPEEE...

Hubby requested for kuih Makmur and alhamdulillah it is ready at last!!! Yeah so tomorrow left with baking cakes aje.

My 4th raya Cookie. I try using recipe from Diana this year. Y eh??? Because i would need potato flakes if i wanted to use my original recipe. Recipe Diana pakai tepung kentang..hmm..confirm sedap jugak!!!!

An old friend..

I met an old friend on Saturday. Thanks to kak Dewi, who thru her networking managed to track Junieta. Last i met her was 29 years back. We both now reside in Denmark, such a small world eh!!!

21st Day Iftar..

For the past 2 days hubby requested sop ayam. Huh thats becos he is unwell..still down with fever. Haizz..dugaan!!!
